  Gyms can be intimidating, but from the first time Iwalked in for the free intro class, Coach Eric welcomed me and treated me with respect and encouragement. He can have 20 people in a class at one time and still make each individual feel like they have his undivided attention. He is always looking out for each member to make sure we all understand the fundamentals and proper technique, to reach our health goals safely. One year later and i still cant wait to get there everyday, get my butt kicked and pushed to limits that I didnt think I could reach. I've made some great friends along the way who will definitely hold me accountable and give me that extra push i need. A huge thank you to Coach Eric, cant say enough good about this guy, all my 7 'o clock homies and the entire S3 family! If you haven't checked out Crossfit S3 yet, you dont know what you're missing out on!

  Terrific atmosphere. Coaches are very welcoming and eager to coach. The space is huge. Better than any other Crossfit I’ve dropped in to.
