  I LOVE iLoveKickboxing - Fort Mill!! I'm still pretty new but I can already tell that I am improving on many of the techniques. I came from doing very little activity to jumping into something as hard core as kick boxing! I was so nervous, but quickly found that there was nothing to be nervous about. They tell you to modify exercises to work for you and at the same time encourage you to push yourself to do your very best! Great instructors and great members!!

  I LOVE KICKBOXING is the best thing I have done for MYSELF in a LONG time. This workout is unlike any other I have EVER tried. It is hard, but fun. The trainers are great and very motivating. The classes are an hour of full body workouts, stretching, and different round combinations of bag work. I love this!
