  1st time I rented a truck from TCSS both the cab and the box were filthy. The cab smelled of cigarette smoke and was covered in red mud and the back of the truck had trash left over from the previous renter. I mentioned it to the staff when I returned the truck, but he did not seem to care. The next time I tried to rent a truck the customer service was so bad, I decided to just go elsewhere.
